Since I electronically file all of the returns prepared in my office, you can expect your refund in 10 to 14 days, directly deposited into your bank account if you wish.
If I have never used a CPA before, What should I expect?
If you have never used a CPA before you should expect a discussion regarding your tax situation with questions designed to reveal your tax situation to me and suggestions that may be adopted to make your tax burden lighter. Remember that not all decisions are tax based but knowing their tax ramifications is certainly helpful in the decision making process.
Do I have to travel to your office?
I would like to meet you face to face at least once so we can start our relationship right. However, I have clients all over the world now who email, fax or snail mail their information to me. Their returns are usually handled with a few questions by email or over the phone. This process is helped by a tax organizer provided by my office which helps clients gather their tax information.
